Retract your lips with your fingers while smiling and bite your teeth together. Take a close-up of your teeth. This step is easier if you have someone else helping you to take the pictures.
Take a photo of your smiling face. How about a profile picture? Send it as well!
The more pictures, the more accurate the estimate can be.

Tilt your head forward and/or back with your mouth wide open and take separate pictures so that as many lower and upper teeth as possible are visible in the picture.

Wash your hands - Take the pictures in a well lit place
Take two pictures from each side, keeping the teeth together as in point 1 (lips/cheek retracted on the side from which the picture is taken). The picture should show as many back teeth as possible. Remember to keep your teeth clenched.
